Sometimes it can be expensive, inconvenient or even dangerous to do exercises that involve dumbbells. However, it is possible to exrecise with no equipment whatsoever.

Some exercises require only some soft and clean workspace, preferrably using a (solid) mat:
Leg Lifts (abdominal)Edit
- This exercise has been used by the US National Gymnastics Team for Olympic training.
- Lie down on your back with your hands at your sides.
- Lift both legs less than a foot above the ground.
- Try to maintain their position for about 30 seconds.
- Pull using your stomach.
